सभी शिक्षा व्यवस्था में भाषा को उच्चत्तम स्थान दिया गया है । भाषा विकास से बच्चों में  चिंतन , मत प्रकाशन और तर्क विश्लेषण की योग्यता  उत्पन्न होती है । भाषा  व्यवहार से सीखी जाती है इसलिए अभिवावक और गुरुजन को स्वमं  शब्दकोश  , साहित्यकोश  के प्रयोग का प्रदर्शन करना चाहिये ।
